New Leap Goal

StepGoals™ is a simple way to turn big ideas (leaps) into small, doable actions (steps). When you break down a leap into clear, bite-sized steps, the bigger goal becomes more manageable. One example of this might be baking a cake: the cake is the leap, and the steps might include buying ingredients, mixing the batter, or preheating the oven.

When I used to get overwhelmed with big ideas, my dad would tell me, “Don't chunk it up so much! How do you eat an elephant?” Then he'd answer his own question: “One bite at a time.”

The creation of StepGoals™ is dedicated to my dad, Bob.
